The Jacksons asked Brooke to come to speak on Michael's behalf, and I am sure that the list of invitees to speak was very short. Just because Brooke had not seen Michael in a long time does not make her less of an important person in his life. Who knows? Joan Rivers may have been jealous that she wasn't invited.
