Lady GaGa pulled out all the stops at Sunday’s VMA awards. She began, tame enough, with a renaissance dress complete with military entourage. To collect her award fro “Best Pop Video”, Gaga changed into a black flowing gown.

Both dresses were designed by the late fashion designer Alexander McQueen.

She saved the best for last. A dress made entirely of raw red meat, that’s right…RAW meat! The outfit was topped off with a slab of bloody meat laying on her head. A bikini version of the gown was unveiled on Japanese Vogue, prompting an instant uproar from animal rights activists. GaGa wore the controversial piece despite the furor, Surprise!

The gorgeous Sofia Vergara claims to have made good on a promise to run nude down Sunset Boulevard after she and her Modern Family co-stars accepted the Emmy for best hit comedy. No one saw the streaker, but fellow Modern Family star, Julie Bowen told People Magazine, “When we went back to the press room, she had made a left turn and we all made a right turn, so for about twenty minutes, she was missing.” When she returned, Bowen says Vergara replied that she “went to run nude down Sunset Boulevard. No one was there. So I did it. It’s over…no one said I had to do it at a certain time.”

The stunning gold gown she apparently stripped out of was a ravishing floor-length dress by Carolina Herrera. She easily took home the best dressed award as well as the Emmy.

Katy Perry is pulling out all kinds of crazy for her new album, Teenage Dream. For starters, she posed nude on a cloud of cotton candy for the album cover and now the promo pics are out. One of those racy pics is this one, Katy donning a purple wig and rubber bikini!

Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail, followed by an additional 90 days of rehabilitation for violating the terms of her parole. Lohan failed to regularly attend weekly alcohol-education classes from her 2007 DUI case.

“As far as I knew, I was in compliance with my programs. … I wasn’t trying to get special treatment,” said a tearful Lohan. “I have to provide for myself. I have to work. Having said that, I did everything to balance my jobs and showing up. … I’m not taking this as a joke; it’s my life and career. … I take responsibility for my actions. I’ve tried to do the best I can. It’s been such a long haul. I don’t want you to think I don’t respect you and your terms.”

Lohan’s self-proclaimed sincerity was questioned after a close-up of her hands revealed some obscene nail art. Photos taken by the Associated Press show her middle finger with F–U scrawled across it.

Experts are weighing in and most say that the judge’s ruling is too harsh. Lohan is only expected to served one-fourth of her sentence due to jail over-crowding. She will only be there about 25 days. I say the punishment is perfect…a few weeks in jail may do her some good. I am sure she looks great in stripes.

The Tony Awards red carpet was invaded by Hollywood celebrities last night. Stars like Scarlett Johansson, Naomi Watts, and Will and Jada Smith made the best-dressed list. Catherine Zeta-Jones seemed to blow them all away in her light blue Versace gown. She also blew us all away when she accepted her award for Best Performance by a Leading Actress in a Musical and thanked hubby Michael Douglas by saying:

“See that man over there? He’s a movie star, and I get to sleep with him every night.”
